Using Tidy means agreeing to these. They are short on purpose.

The account

One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself — anyone who has it can see and delete everything in your account. You must be 13 or older.

The trial and the subscription

• Tidy is free for 14 days and does not ask for a card to start.
• After that it is $14.99 per month, billed by Stripe.
• You can cancel from inside the app at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current month.
• If a payment fails, you will be told and given time to fix it before anything is locked.
• If a price ever changes, you will be told before it applies to you.

What happens if you stop paying

Nothing is deleted. Capturing new things stops, but you can still sign in, read what is there, export all of it as CSV, and delete your account if you want to. Subscribe again and it all works as before.

What you own

Everything you put in. Your entries and your uploaded files are yours; Tidy stores and processes them so the app can work, and claims no rights over them beyond that.

Fair use

Please do not use Tidy to break the law, to store somebody else's data without their say-so, or to hammer the API in ways that spoil it for other people. Accounts doing any of those can be suspended.

What is not promised

Tidy is provided as it is. It reads your sentences with an AI model, and models get things wrong — check anything that matters. Nothing here is financial, medical, legal or nutritional advice, and Tidy is not a substitute for a professional who gives any of those. Nobody can promise a service will never be down, and this one does not.

To the extent the law allows, Tidy's liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before whatever went wrong.

Ending it

You can delete your account from Settings whenever you like, and it goes immediately. An account may be closed from this end for the fair-use reasons above, with notice and a chance to export first except where the law requires otherwise.

Changes
